
MOVEMENT IS THE MEDICINE
How your move matters more than you think.
Most chronic pain we experience is caused by the way we move and use our body in our everyday lives. The problem is most of us don’t know how to move the way our bodies are designed to move, so we make it up and truthfully, we aren’t moving very well at all.
In this fun and educational movement class, you will learn and practice how to create good posture from the ground up, walk in the way our bodies are designed to walk and you will learn how how our bodies are best designed to sit comfortably at a desk.
By the end you will know how to make quick and effective postural corrections, you will have some exercises to do at home and you will have a good understanding for how to walk as we are designed to walk; with ease and grace and without pain.
